Darna: Episode 114

114. Double Trouble

#DarnaDoubleTrouble

114. Double Trouble
Four unknown men have a chat over dinner about how they are the only remaining survivors of a spaceship crash. The four also casually namedrop Borgo and how the four of them are the only ones left from an original group of 400. Narda confronts Brian after Antiporda asks for her help and the two lovebirds get to have a heart to heart talk. After this, she heads back to their village where she suddenly receives a call from Regina who agrees to meet up with her at the cliff. Her friend hears the conversation and rallies her group to head to the cliff to make sure Narda will be ok. What Narda doesn’t know is that it was just Borgo pretending to be Regina who was on the call with her and this is all a trap. Ishna still doesn’t get any info from Hergis despite giving him one hell of a hard time. Noah, Andre, and Sigfried arrive and sees him, whom they do not know. They decide to use him for target practice. #DarnaDoubleTrouble

Brian, you know there are other types of livelihood out there that you can engage in like hawking tofu, for instance, right? Even then, I do understand where he is coming from. And even though I am appalled by Joshua Garcia being shoehorned in many scenes, we really cannot deny that the kid is a good actor. He even had a showdown with Jeffrey Santos earlier in the episode. Janella is also stellar with her portrayal of Regina but the character is being a bit one-sided lately. Perhaps the writers are to blame for this. And how did Borgo manage to get hold of Regina’s phone without being bitten by her snakes? He couldn’t have used his own phone to call Narda because it would’ve been too obvious that he was just pretending. Another thing, is Jane de Leon not back filming with the rest of the cast yet? Why is there a Green Screen scene once again that is so obviously Green Screen? #DarnaDoubleTrouble

"And in that instant, I knew I gained a friend. A sister.” –Regina
