This place is located right at the pier where you get the boats to Pandan Island. It is also near the market place and Gumo-Golden Bridge, all of which are less than five minutes away walking distance. This hotel is not really a hotel but more of a rather large house with an eatery and a sari-sari store in front, the house of the owners at the back, and the accommodations on the right wing. I think all of the rooms do not have toiler and bath, and everyone has to use the shared ones, of which there are two each for each gender.
The
rooms are ordinary and pretty much a good bargain for 200 pesos, which is for
the larger one. If you want a smaller room, the rate could go down as low as
150 pesos. The room I got had a simple layout: double bed, desk, chair,
electric fan, and the sound of neighbors enjoying their videoke. There are no air-conditioned rooms. The place has no
internet connection. I am not aware if there is another accommodation in town
which has one. There probably is but I unfortunately did not find it. Sablayan’s
plaza has Wi-Fi, by the way. I digress. Anyway, since there is an eatery, you
could order food as long as someone is awake. I had fried fish for lunch and
dinner and loved both.

If
you are just in transit to go to Pandan Island or Apo Reef, then this place is
recommended for its price and good location. You just have to miss out on your
online life for a while. No, signal for tethering is bad, so do not bring your work
along with you.
