KALIBO: 01 - Airportline Inn

Now this one, I saw it in the Internet. I was supposed to do a Kalibo day tour but the allure of Boracay is just so strong that I just let this side trip go, which meant heading to Kalibo on a van Tuesday evening because my Manila flight departs from Kalibo early the next day. Oh well, promo fares. Back to this inn, the setup is that of a motel and even the prices follow the same pattern. You can choose among three hours, half a day, or whole day. As a three hour stay would be too short, I opted for the half day option which cost PhP300 for a fan room. They have air-conditioned rooms with some even having LCD TVs, but then again you might not need that if all you will do here is wait for your flight.

The room was very basic. It had a queen sized bed, two mini tables, and a bathroom. And yeah, the fan. Complaints? They have no Wi-Fi, although come to think of it, people do not really frequent places like this to surf the Internet. Right? The bathroom is okay but the fan rooms do not have hot water. There was also no signal in the room but you can just go out near the main road where signal is fine. How far is it from the airport on foot? It took me two MP3 songs. There you go. I recommend this if you really have to be oh so near the airport because the location is very strategic.

Hi! I'm wondering if you were able to get the contact # of that Inn. If so, can we possibly have it as we need to ask what's the max capacity of their fan rm. We are a group of 5 & unfortunately we need to be back in Kalibo airport for our flight back in Manila on a Monday morning. tia!
