My sole criterion
for accommodation in terms of price is that it should not exceed 1,000 pesos.
Ciriaco charged me 1,800 (2,200 if you want a beachfront view). Since I only paid 100
pesos for the Home Stay at Capul the previous day, I thought: What the heck,
I’ll splurge! This is not going to be a habit anyway. I just wanted to try it
out.
Ciriaco Hotel and Resort is fairly new and the swimming pool looks like it just had started construction. Because of this, the said hotel does not really have access to Bagacay Beach just yet, although one only needs to walk ten minutes to access the said beach from the other parts of town.

The hotel room is
well-designed in terms of aesthetics and comfort. The price is quite steep
considering the current lack of amenities, although the said price would be
reasonable enough once they are completed. Food at the restaurant is okay, not at
all bland, wide variety of dishes to choose from. There is free Wi-Fi but signal
was really hard to get in the room.
